Like most young aspiring musicians, I always dreamed of performing at Lincoln Center. It is one of the ultimate goals in a musician’s career. My dream came true a few years ago when I was invited to make my Avery Fisher Hall debut at the age of 19. I have since had the honor of performing in that concert hall on many great occasions. I say this with a sense of deep gratitude and acknowledgement for those who have made my dream come true. For having a dream and playing well is really not enough. A dream can only become a reality with the help of those who care. The Friends of Lincoln Center are those people who care. They are the core of Lincoln Center. Through their continued efforts they ensure the presentation of the finest programs to the public. Through their encouragement, the dreams of young and promising talents come true.
