Guidelines
- The prepay parking desk on the concourse is closed, and has been relocated to the yellow garage. Hours of operation are M-F 4pm–8pm, Sat–Sun 11am–8pm. 24-hour prepay access is available on the lower concourse by the cashier’s booth.
- Parking vouchers cannot be mailed.
- Reservations will be held at the garage under the customer’s name. Upon arriving at the garage, customers will be given a voucher, which must be returned upon leaving the garage.
- Limited handicapped parking spaces are available by calling CenterCharge at 212.721.6500 or TTY 212.957.1709 (daily 9am–9pm); handicapped license plate and/or sticker must be displayed.
- Matinee parking reservations are accepted until 3pm the day before the performance.
- Matinee parking is valid daily from 10am until 6pm.
- Evening parking reservations are accepted until 3pm the day of the performance.
- Evening parking is valid daily from 4pm until midnight.
