Oscar Hernandez is well known and universally praised as the leader of the Spanish Harlem Orchestra, which has either won or been nominated for a Grammy Award for every album it has recorded thus far. Tonight he graces the Dizzy’s Club stage with his quartet to celebrate the release of a brand-new album. Across ten new original compositions,Love the Moment showcases Hernandez’ prowess as a pianist, composer, and bandleader. Hernandez keeps an extremely busy touring schedule as music director and pianist for Rubén Blades, and he has collaborated with the likes of Tito Puente, Celia Cruz, Julio Iglesias, Ray Beretto, Dave Valentin, Willie Colón, and many more.
