Born To Dance: Celebrating José Limón with the Limón Dance Company

For this storytime, the Jerome Robbins Dance Division will celebrate the life and times of José Limón, dancer, choreographer, and world-traveler who embodied his culture and identity through dance. Along with dancers from the Limón Company, we will read from the children’s book José! Born to Dance, based on Limón's life, which tells the story of migration, visual artistry, and singular expression.
