Matt Alber is a Grammy Award–winning singer-songwriter, filmmaker, and youth educator. He holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Truman State University and has served as an artist diplomat of the U.S. State Department to Sudan, Russia, Hungary, and Kosovo. Matt is an alumnus of America’s premier classical vocal ensemble Chanticleer and has been touring world-wide as a teaching artist since 1998. Matt has been presented as a solo artist on stages across the globe, including Lincoln Center’s prestigious American Songbook Series honoring great contributors to American song. For #ConcertsForKids, Matt and his band perform songs about monarch butterflies, friendship, and knowing where you belong in the world.
