Join Mazz and their collaborators Levy Lorenzo and Peter Evans for a session of mindful improvisation. Experience Conduction (the art of conducted improvisation), the unique series of hand signals and gestures revolutionized by Butch Morris, passed down through Greg Tate and Rubenstein Atrium regulars the Burnt Sugar Arkestra. Part sound bath, part active participation. We encourage attendees to use their voices and bodies in this experimental music-making experience. Explore your creativity and spontaneity, and expect to be transported.

Not all exercises are suitable for everyone. Any injury sustained from proper or improper participation in The Art of Wellbeing programming is solely the responsibility of the exerciser. Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Inc. and any co-presenters and performers disclaim any liability from injury sustained from the participation in this exercise, and suggest that you consult your professional healthcare provider before attempting any exercise or exercise program.
