Spotlight On: LGBTQIA+ Pride

Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts is proud to express its wholehearted commitment to the visibility, equality, and support of LGBTQIA+ communities—365 days of the year. For the month of June, we celebrate LGBTQIA+ stories, talents, and contributions by spotlighting in-person artistic programming and a growing collection of on-demand content. If you're stopping by the Lincoln Center campus, be sure to experience the symbolic Pride colors flying high up in the sky and boldly sprawling across the main stairs to Josie Robertson Plaza, paving the way to NYC's largest outdoor dance floor (with a 10-foot disco ball)!

Admission is FREE to this year's in-person events at the David Rubenstein Atrium and outdoors as part of Summer for the City. Join us on the dance floor, "The Oasis", for a special tribute to Paradise Garage, a Mini Kiki Ball competition, and an ULTRA PRIDE!! dance party celebrating 90s club culture. We're also proud to be partnering with National Queer Theater for the return of the international Criminal Queerness Festival, bringing you three nights of new plays by East African LGBTQIA+ writers fighting criminalization through their art.
