The New York Philharmonic appears at Lincoln Center’s Restart Stages in an outdoor concert that opens with Carlos Simon’s triumphant Fate Now Conquers and continues with music from Stravinsky’s neoclassical ballet and the symphony in which Mozart speaks in his most personal voice.
