A Note of Explanation: A Musical Adventure, by Shoshana Shattenkirk and A. J. Freeman

Lincoln Center’s Education and Family Programming takes center stage at Summer for the City with this outdoor series of family-friendly weekday morning Storytime sessions, intended to energize families and foster an early love for the arts. Curated by the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, each Storytime event features narratives all ages will enjoy. This magical theatrical Storytime, hosted by the Library’s Billy Rose Theatre Division, is an interactive musical romp by playwrights Shoshana Shattenkirk and A.J. Freeman, intentionally designed to engage and excite young audiences. Join a magical friend who lives in a dollhouse in a Queen's castle! Together we will go on adventures, sing and dance, and make new friends along the way!
