Youth Orchestra, CYCNY is a Queens, NY-based youth orchestra founded in 1996. Its mission is to teach young talented instrumentalists (ages 10-18) to perform orchestral repertoire including classical, popular, jazz, Broadway, film, and traditional Asian music.

Maestro Chijen Christopher Chung, percussionist ChiChing Grace Lin, wind and brass specialist Hsinhui Karen Liao, and pianist Chiwei Chang guide the ensemble in well-known works by Respighi, Beethoven, Bizet, Gershwin, Henry Mancini, John Williams, Stephen Schwartz, Rob Krogstad, as well as Evening Primrose by Jinguan Li and The Olive Tree by Li Taih-hsien, both arranged by Lee Che-Yi.
