Venezuelan-born percussionist and producer Carlitos Padron has been playing his lively and spirited take on the rich sound of salsa for nearly 25 years. Over that time, he has released numerous albums as a bandleader and sideman; participated in Celia Cruz: The Musical and On Your Feet on Broadway; founded his own studio, Chongo Productions; and played with luminaries such as Rubén Blades, Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Tito Nieves, Orquesta Akokán, and the LA Philharmonic. Along with his ensemble, Rumberos del Callejon, Padron performs a program of danceable music a  from his upcoming album Tributo a mi Idolo, a selection of classics from one of his most crucial inspirations, the Puerto Rican master musician and legendary salsero, Willie "Mr Ainque" Rosario. Don't miss another exhilarating ¡VAYA! social dance party, with music spun by DJ Elvira.
