Heartbeat

Saturday, February 21, 2026

Lincoln Center will proudly present our first-ever dedicated wellness summit. Introducing Heartbeat—a new immersive arts experience, celebrating the power of the arts to support mental health, physical wellbeing, and human connection. Heartbeat will bring together artists, healthcare professionals, and scientists for engaging programming including panels, performances, participatory movement, expert-led classes, and sound experiences. The event will highlight Lincoln Center’s commitment to accessibility, movement as medicine, mental wellbeing, community, and—ultimately—the restorative power of the arts.
