POSTPONED: REMEMBER – The American Classical Orchestra

This performance has been postponed; a new date will be announced at a later time. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Please contact 212-875-5050 for any questions or concerns.

Mozart's Requiem, the best known of all requiems, is revered for its soaring 'Lacrimosa' chorus—making for a perfect return to the stage of the acclaimed ACO Chorus. With this heartfelt work we Remember the many friends, colleagues and loved ones lost during the pandemic. Our dear friend and colleague, ACO Principal Violinist Judson Griffin (1951-2020), passed away, although not of COVID, in May of 2021. This concert concludes with Elegy for Strings, composed by ACO Founder and Artistic Director Thomas Crawford in Judson's honor and dedicated to his memory.
