Presented in collaboration with NewYork-Presbyterian

Meet Yoga Love Magazine's Pilin Anice on the mat for a breath-centered, rhythmic yoga practice featuring live music! Stretch and strengthen your body, activate your core, and ignite your inner radiance. A passionate community-builder, Pilin creates and cultivates nonjudgmental spaces where everybody can be seen, heard, and move freely. She believes dance and drums can reconnect us to ourselves so we can evolve, heal, and live authentically.
