Renée Robinson will lead a dynamic and informative movement session for people of all fitness levels. Beginning with warm ups and Floor-Barre, Ms. Robinson will also share tips on functional movement for every day living. This will gradually progress to standing, and culminate in an upbeat, full body cardio session which will allow participants to come together through music and motion. Renee Robinson was a principal dancer of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater for over 30 years, during which she performed principal roles in several of Mr. Ailey’s ballets, including Revelations. She is a master teaching artist with Ailey Arts in Education, is on the faculty of Yale University, and is on the visiting faculty of the Juilliard School.
