Join us for a combination of breathwork, Yoga and Kathak basics. The class will begin with mindfulness, breathwork, a full body stretch and Yoga to get us grounded and present. We will then shift to focus on Kathak dance basics that include footwork, arm movements and chakars (spins). Join Minila Shah of Ajna Dance Company along with Jay Gandhi (bansuri flute) and Ehren Hanson (tabla) in a beautiful a movement session that will leave you grounded and full of joy.
