Brooklyn-based musician and DJ Randall “Sissy Elliott” Morris kicks off the Opening Night of this year’s Summer for the City with a silent disco on NYC’s hottest dance floor with a 10-foot disco ball! Join us on The Dance Floor as he explores the relationships between house and techno, disco and funk, soul and R&B, and gospel. Crediting his unique ear for mixing different musical genres as a direct culmination of his midwestern upbringing within the Black church, he’s played a range of venues, including Elsewhere (NYC), the Roxy (LA), and at events like SXSW and Papi Juice. He’s also provided support for a variety of musicians, including Kelis, TLC, Cakes Da Killa, Toro y Moi, and Mykki Blanco.

Run time: approximately 2 hours
