The Public Song Project from WNYC's All Of It with Alison Stewart invites anyone to create new music by drawing from the public domain. Working musicians and hobbyists alike contribute song covers and musical adaptations of books, poetry, films, and more, demonstrating the public domain's usefulness to creators and an opportunity to engage with history through art. This year, as part of WNYC's centennial celebrations, the project is brought to the stage as part of Lincoln Center’s Civic Saturdays, featuring standout contributors and special guests.
