Part of the Pasculano Collaborative for Contemporary Dance

In the world premiere of Days of Awe, Heidi Latsky and long-time collaborators Janet Wong and Robert Wierzel create a hauntingly surreal multimedia world. The ten dancers reveal the complexity of processing upheaval and finding beauty, connection, and transformation within disruption. Both contained and explosive, Days of Awe traces how we fracture, stitch ourselves back together, and find fierce determination to move forward. A leader in the physically integrated dance field through her groundbreaking work for disabled and non-disabled dancers, Heidi Latsky Dance has been commended as “a milestone in contemporary dance” (Dance Magazine). This production is a Lincoln Center commission presented as part of the Lincoln Center Contemporary Dance Festival.
