Celebrate the rich cultural traditions of New York City
This October, the Festival of Firsts returns—showcasing artists embarking on new journeys and celebrating significant moments in their careers: premiere performances in the U.S. and NYC, Lincoln Center debuts, album debuts, and fresh collaborations. On October 13 and 14, be enchanted by the interplay of words, sounds, and visuals, as artists push the boundaries of what is possible in the realm of performance poetry with our first-ever Poetry Festival. In November, the Latin Wave Festival presents their popular Latine Composers Showcase, FUTUROS, New Ideas in Composition, for three nights—all for free, tickets not required!
Re-discover the classics and be wowed by world premieres
Lincoln Center Presents prioritizes an expansive view of artistic excellence all season long. Choreographer Akram Khan rethinks the colonizer-centric perspective of The Jungle Book, retelling the story of the young girl Mowgli as a refugee child stranded by the cruel realities of climate change. Gospel, funk, soul, and Afrobeat come together in a joyful interpretation of the Rodgers and Hammerstein classic, The Sound of Music, this time viewed through a utopian, afrofuturistic lens. Aficionados of classical arts won't want to miss Les Arts Florissants' spectacular production of Henry Purcell's The Fairy Queen and Philip Glass's The Complete Piano Etudes—both running this November with a Choose-What-You-Pay ticketing model.

Lincoln Center is committed to integrating access needs in the creative process and creating a space where everyone feels welcome. This fall, we invite kids, teens, and families to discover a love for the arts, including Gimme Please, with a weekend designed specifically for babies/toddlers and another for neurodivergent audiences. Our free legacy programs return for the fall and winter season: Lincoln Center Moments, designed for those with dementia and their caregivers; and Passport to the Arts, bringing live performances from across campus to children, teens, and adults with disabilities.We've sent an email to the address you provided. Face masks are encouraged, but not required. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is also not required; however, we encourage everyone to remain up to date on vaccinations before attending. If you have been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days, a high quality, well-fitting face covering is required at all times.

The majority of Lincoln Center Presents programs are FREE or Choose-What-You-Pay. Please refer to the dedicated event page of the show you’d like to attend to confirm ticketing options.
Free General Admission Events
Many performances and events, including all programming at the David Rubenstein Atrium, are available for FREE via General Admission—first-come, first-served. Advance reservations are not required for these events; just show up! While we'll do our best to accommodate as many guests as possible, we cannot guarantee admission. Look for the “FREE” label on calendar listings and show pages, or select the “Free” calendar filter to search for a wide range of free programming.
Free Fast Track Option
All Lincoln Center Presents events at the David Rubenstein Atrium offer a Fast Track reservation option, giving priority entry into events. Reservations for Fast Track will open every Monday at noon for that week's events and can be reserved on this page. While event admission is not guaranteed, Fast Track reservation holders will have priority over the General Admission line up until 30 minutes before show time. We recommend arriving an hour before show time to ensure entry into the event. Please check the event's dedicated web page to confirm if Fast Track is available for the performance you'd like to attend.
Choose-What-You-Pay Events
Choose-What-You-Pay tickets to the Lincoln Center Presents 2023 fall season are on sale now.
With Choose-What-You-Pay ticketing, you decide what's right for you. We offer a suggested ticket price, as well as options to pay more or less. The minimum ticket price is $5.00.

There are three ways to purchase Choose-What-You-Pay and full-price tickets.
1. Book online from the event's dedicated web page.
2. Call CenterCharge at 212-721-6500 from Monday–Saturday 10:00 am–8:00 pm and Sunday noon–6:00 pm.
3. Book in-person at the Alice Tully Hall box office (Broadway and 66th Street) or the David Geffen Hall box office from Monday–Saturday 10:00 am–6:00 pm and Sunday noon–6:00 pm.

Kameron Neal's Down The Barrel (Of A Lens)
What does it mean to be seen and documented in public space without your consent? Kameron Neal, Public Artist in Residence with NYC’s Department of Records, explores this all-too-relevant concern with Down the Barrel (of a Lens), a large-scale video installation of charged imagery culled from the NYPD’s declassified surveillance film collections from 1960 to 1980. Each scene captures the moment when civilian targets realize they are being taped by a 16mm police camera and choose to stare back at their watcher. Down the Barrel (of a Lens) is an empowering and chilling collection of historical portraiture that poses questions about policing, acceptable intrusion, personal privacy, and quiet protest.
