THIS EVENT HAS PASSED

The versatile and evocative voice of singer-songwriter Matt Costa has been diligently honed over two decades of touring, both solo and with a roster of indie rock artists that includes Oasis, Modest Mouse, Ryan Adams, G.Love, and Death Cab for Cutie, among many more. Costa has written and recorded in the studio with Belle & Sebastian and Jack Johnson while moonlighting as an accomplished filmmaker and soundtrack composer. His latest project, Explorations of Sight and Sound, merges Costa's many talents with a multimedia showcase event that draws from his sizable catalogue of lo-fi folk pop songs, spiced with an eclectic selection of moody instrumentals and played in concert with a series of self-produced short films that explores beautiful landscapes including California's Indigenous cultures and the land and native culture of Sardinia, Italy. Don't miss the free NYC debut of this live experience, only at the David Rubenstein Atrium at Lincoln Center!
