Art and wellbeing

This February, Lincoln Center proudly presents our first-ever dedicated wellbeing summit. Heartbeat brings together acclaimed artists across disciplines, healthcare professionals, and scientists at the top of their field for hybrid programs that contextualize the arts through a scientific lens, including performances, participatory movement sessions, expert-led classes, panels, sound experiences, and immersive virtual reality.

Presented in collaboration with NewYork-Presbyterian, the Official Hospital of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, The Art of Wellbeing series harnesses the power of art to engage the mind, body, and spirit. Boost your wellbeing with FREE guided meditations, movement-based lessons, and music-inspired experiences—accompanied by world-class musicians.
