Style: Swing Jazz
Dance Instructor: Laura Jeffers
DJ: Heather Flock

Rachael Price, honey-voiced lead vocalist of the indie pop band Lake Street Dive, and her musical partner, the masterful songwriter, singer and guitarist Vilray, perform original works faithful to the spirit of the great American songs of the 1930s and 40s. The duo has put together a full band specially for this night, and the shimmering arrangements of Jacob Rex Zimmerman beg to be danced to!

This evening features an adapted dance lesson from 5:15-6:00 pm, designed to be accessible for people with mobility concerns and will include seated instructors. The lesson will be led by instructors from the Mark Morris Dance Group’s Dance for PD program, which specializes in creatively addressing balance, cognition, motor skills, and physical confidence through dance. All are welcome to participate and are encouraged to participate in the full evening of programming. Dance for PD instructors will also be offering seated versions of material shared at the public lesson and throughout the evening.
